Refund & Return Policy
Green Advisor Inc. provides custom construction, remodeling, and outdoor improvement services. Due to the nature of our work, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Deposits
Project deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, materials have been ordered, or scheduling has been confirmed.
Cancellations
If a project is canceled before work begins, a refund may be issued minus any administrative costs or expenses already incurred.
Completed Services
Completed services, custom work, and installed materials are non-refundable.
Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service completion by emailing info@greenadvisorinc.com.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
