Job Description: Green Advisor, Inc. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Front Yard Remodeling Project Manager to spearhead a comprehensive project in Long Beach. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire front yard remodeling project, including the installation of new custom walls, columns, iron frames, wood features, rolling gates, and a brand-new cement driveway.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the planning and execution of the full front yard remodeling project.
2. Collaborate with the construction team, subcontractors, and suppliers.
3. Ensure the project adheres to the budget and is completed within the designated timeframe.
4. Direct the installation of custom walls, columns, iron frames, wood elements, rolling gates, and the cement driveway.
5. Regularly communicate project progress to both the client, Christopher Nolan, and company leadership.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Project Manager in landscaping or construction projects.
